Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ribeye’s
  • 5 T Tommye Dell’s Salad Dressing (use enough to coat the meat)
  • 1 med Onion (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced thin)
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 2 T Butter
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ribeye's

  • Poke holes in steaks with knife.
  • Put steaks and 4 Tablespoons of Tommye Dell’s in a plastic bag.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Finishing the dish

  • Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Add steaks to hot skillet one at a time; cook 3-4 minutes (depending on the doneness you desire).
  • Turn steaks over add salt and pepper (to taste); add onions, mushrooms, and butter.
  • Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes (depending on the doneness you desire). Enjoy!
