Gigi’s Ribeyes
Ingredients
- 3 Ribeye’s
- 5 T Tommye Dell’s Salad Dressing (use enough to coat the meat)
- 1 med Onion (sliced thin)
- 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced thin)
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 2 T Butter
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Ribeye's
- Poke holes in steaks with knife.
- Put steaks and 4 Tablespoons of Tommye Dell’s in a plastic bag.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Finishing the dish
- Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Add steaks to hot skillet one at a time; cook 3-4 minutes (depending on the doneness you desire).
- Turn steaks over add salt and pepper (to taste); add onions, mushrooms, and butter.

- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes (depending on the doneness you desire). Enjoy!
